I’m 26M, 187cm in peak, my beginning weight was once 320lbs November 1st and now I’m down to 300lbs after 10 weeks. I bring to an end every kind of junk meals from my vitamin, sodas, candy donuts and any kind of sugar from my vitamin. I also have my lemonade, tea with out sugar. I’ve been going to the gym 1 or 2 days a week. I have been doing 2-3 hours of mixed treadmill, cycle and elliptical however NO WEIGHT TRAINING AT ALL. I’ll get started going to the gym Three-Five days a week however I in reality want to know which weight training exercises to do as a result of there are so many to choose between. I do not wanna be the skinny-fat at the finish. I need to lose weight slowly as a result of I don’t have extra unfastened pores and skin.
