30 Day Accountability Challenge – Day 6
Weight through finish of month (217 – 214 lbs, ideally pattern weight):
214.zero this morning, 215.eight pattern weight. That’s excellent as a result of I am
about to blow this up lols.
Stay inside of calorie vary: Today is my paintings birthday party so it is a
freebie calorie day. five/five days.
Exercise five days every week: Rest day. five/6 days.
Limit bought espresso beverages (three every week), if exceeded, $25
donation: I am emotional. This used to be the lesser of 2 evils. five/13
Self-care time (drawing, journaling, attractiveness therapies, anything else
that makes me really feel sorted): Lots of deep respiring these days.
And this night shall be festive & there is a steak in my long run
Try a brand new recipe as soon as every week: Smoky black bean soup from dry
beans. I am eyeing a Mexican lentil soup & possibly lentil tacos
for a possible meal prep/dinner plan. 1/five weeks.
Finish The Body Keeps the Score: I eyed it at the wardrobe subsequent
to the mattress sooner than falling asleep, does that depend?
Note one thing jolly each rattling day: Yesterday & these days I have
been seeking to figure out the previous couple of pieces on my reward checklist so I will be able to
pull triggers for the previous couple of issues. Then comes the delivery and
whatnot, fa l. a. l. a. l. a. l. a. l. a. LA LA LAAAAAA!
